Cameras not working under Android 6.0

My lg g4 with Android 6.0 produces an error connecting to any cameras. They will buffer then time out. All other android 5 and less devices have no current issue accessing cameras. I've already factory reset the device as well. With Android 5.1 on the LG g4 this was not an issue.

I'm having the same issue! I've taken all the same steps as this other subscriber to no avail! This had been several weeks now. I've spoken to Comcast, LG, and even Google...no results! This glitch is defeating the purpose to why I'm a subscriber! Please post solution!!!

I am haveing the same issue as well same phone and i have 3 camreas and my laptop quit so i have no other way of seeing my camreas

Still no resolution from Comcast: Android 6.0 - Xfinity Home Cannot Monitor Cameras

I saw the previous posts from other clients that also have an Android 6.0 where they cannot connect to their cameras via the mobile app. There's still no resolution nor an explanation of what is going on. I'm going to be asking for a refund of sorts until you all can fix this issue. It greatly disturbs me that I cannot view the camera via my phone and you're gladly charging me monthly for the "service". 

 

Please advise: What is the problem?  Did you not account for the Android 6 when you posted the Xfinity Home application via Google Play? Ok, that happens knowing how technology changes. So what's your plan and when can we expect the fix to be available?

Thank you both for taking the time to post. I understand your frustration. I'd like to explain that the camera issue is specific to the LG G4 device, not all devices using Android 6.0. Our developers have already identified the issue and are actively working on a resolution. The fix will be included in an upcoming release.
