I understand your frustration. We are actively working on resolving an issue that is effecting LG G4 devices -- we will provide updates as they become available.
I saw the previous posts from other clients that also have an Android 6.0 where they cannot connect to their cameras via the mobile app. There's still no resolution nor an explanation of what is going on. I'm going to be asking for a refund of sorts until you all can fix this issue. It greatly disturbs me that I cannot view the camera via my phone and you're gladly charging me monthly for the "service".
Please advise: What is the problem? Did you not account for the Android 6 when you posted the Xfinity Home application via Google Play? Ok, that happens knowing how technology changes. So what's your plan and when can we expect the fix to be available?

Thank you both for taking the time to post. I understand your frustration. I'd like to explain that the camera issue is specific to the LG G4 device, not all devices using Android 6.0. Our developers have already identified the issue and are actively working on a resolution. The fix will be included in an upcoming release.
