App not loading

I am trying to download the Home App. It’s been trying to load for 8 hours. I have a 5S iPhone. How can I get this loaded so I can use the app?

I can help troubleshoot your Xfinity Home app. Can you please verify the App version (found in Settings (gear icon) at the bottom of the page)?
