317122 thermostat error code comcast xfinity

My app is not syncing with the stat schedule. When I attempt to change temp on app I get this error.

I pulled up your account & opened a ticket on your behalf.  A tech should reach out to you directly to troubleshoot.

I am having the exact same problem again. The schedule I build on the portal doesn't stay (it changes back to default). The stat does not sync with the schedule or app (it's in simple mode) and the app gives me the same error message code. That means no AC IN THE HOUSE. Fix this problem now or I'm going shopping. I shouldn't have to spend hours of my time making your system work.

I'm experiencing the same issue did they ever fix it for you and what did they do to fix it?

No they did not. i couldn't wait for them to respond so I continued to work on it. I reset the thermostat. Deleted it using the tablet portal. Added it back in using the pairing procedure. Just like I did last time this happened. By the time they get back to me i had it handled. It started acting up again today. Honestly this thermostat seems a little crappy. Thinking about dumping the entire system and installing my own camera system and a nest stat.

I apologize for the frustration this must be causing.  When I pull up the ticket, I see we've tried reaching out to you via phone & have some notes about how the thermostat was repaired.  I'd like to leave the ticket open, so we can work out the underlying issue & to make sure everything is working properly moving forward.
