24/7 Recording Auto Shuts Off

At the request of the dev team, I am posting my request here. I love the app, and it works great in my home, but the problem that vexes me is everytime open the app to look back over recordings of motion in my house, and it requires to hit the 24/7 recording button every time. This needs to be corrected. See screenshot below to get an idea.

Diablocain -- Looks like you may have a scene enabled that stops your camera from recording each morning. The article linked below details how to edit the scene. Please let me know if this resolves the issue. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-delete-scenes-app Rachel

Thanks for reaching out.  I was able to pull up your account & escalate to engineering to troubleshoot.  I will reach out when I have more information.
