I just had the new box installed on Wed 10/28. IWhen I get to the Peacock app I can get to the point where it says "Thanks for joining the flock" and it just sits there. Will not go any further.
Advice on how to fix this would be appreciated.
Seems like a common problem and not sure why there isn't a fix????
I am having the same problem with Peacock, Dateline, NPROne, and multiple other apps on Flex. I called 5 times yesterday and spent several hours with Customer Service trying to resolve the problem. I have unplugged and restarted the Flex box dozens of times, without success. I started all over this morning, and called again, only to wait on hold for more than half an hour. Before I give up and return this equipment, is there anyone out there who can help me use this device?
