Flex / Peacock Issue

I just installed a new Flex about a week ago. I have noticed Comcast can't decide if I am - somehow - a Peacock or Peacock Plus member. My account seems to vacilate between the two at random intervals. One day I can watch a TV show like Columbo without interruption, the next day there are dots at several spaces in the timeline, and when the playback hits one of those dots playback ceases. All that is on the screen is a swirling yellow circle. I am sure this tied to advertising that isn't being picked up. That is probably because I have a Pi-Hole that blocks all advertising on my home network. Funny that Comcast never mentioned any ads with my Peacock Plus service ...

Comcast refuses to provide support at this point. I have tried initiating a chat for the last five days, and either it is never picked up, or I am told chat agents are not available. Really? On a weekday? At 3:30pm Central time there's nobody there? So like a complete dummy I arraged to have Comcast call me. Yeah, I am still waiting four days later for that call that was supposed to happen in 5 minutes.

I have many, many other issues with Flex that I am sure Comcast is happy to ignore. All I know is I am ready to mail this pathetic excuse for a streaming box back, and go back to Apple TV. I don't have 1/1000th the amount of frustration I have had with Flex.

Re: Flex / Peacock Issue

I'm having a similar issue. I started using Flex a few weeks ago and everything was smooth. I then moved into a new apartment and I have not been able to access any apps on my flex tv. It says that I have to have an internet subscription (which I do) and must upgrade on the website (which is not available).

Xfinity has not been available for person chats and the assistant is not helpful
