Last week I added a additional voice line to my home service. Ever since this line was added I can no longer receive incoming call notifications on my iphone through the connect app when someone dials my main number, however I DO get notifications when the new added number is dialed. Voice2GO has my main number displayed and I can make outbound calls within the app. Just the incoming alerts not working for this number. When a voice mail is received it alerts me. I have spent 2 days and hours online chat and phone calls to Comcast to no avail! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app all notification settings are on. Please help me get my main number incoming notifications working again! Thanks in advance.
This issue has now been solved! Comcast had me reset my CPNI pin and they set the correct billing codes on thier end to get this working. All good after advanced repair solved this!
