Purchased new android phone and xfinity connect app worked fine for a little while, but is now continuously corrupted. Won't send emails, won't open new emails, does not record emails sent in sync with home computer. Have uninstalled and re-installed several times and works fine for a little while, but then goes right back to not working again. Very frustrating, missing on my business connections while away from office. Can anybody help?
I have the same issue with my Android (Samsung S 8). I have talked with Xfinity Advanced Techinical Support, gone to Xfinity store, and still no resolution.
