I pay $217.00 a month.  Your outdated equipment broke.  i was over due updated equipment and drove 50 mile to East Peoria because I didn't want to wait 8 days for you to get around to me.  Brought the DVR home and it won't install!!!  Called back and I'm still waiting original 8 days for a $60.00 service call that's all your fault. Someone changed the appointment time without telling me. just happened to catch this today.  Very dissaticfied with your service.  i will be asking for a reduced bill for this month but only after it's fixed.
