issue with voice in email and xfinity app

I have been having trouble with my xfinity voicemail. I have not been able to access it through my email or my Xfinity app. it says my voicemail is not enabled for this number. I can however listen to my voicemail only on my home phone when i dial in from my home phone. I can not access it anywhere else. This started back in October shortly after getting an equipment upgrade. It is one of the features that have kept me from looking into another service provider. It has  been way too long dealing with this issue has anyone else had this issue and if so did you get it resolved and how?

Currently having the same issue.

Did you ever get it resolved?

 

I wonder if it's because it was a port from Frontier Communications and that the correct features are not provisioned on the account for Xfinity Voice.

It has not been resolved as of now!
