activation of Voice2Go not working

activation of Voice2Go not working

Has anybody successfully activated the Voice2Go feature thorough the connect app?  I read the FAQ's and I get the first screen but then it just goes to my mailbox.  ANY help would be appreciated.  I attached a photo of what I see when I select the dialer option but this is as far as it goes and according to the directions there should be more screens.

I am having the same issue. It gives an error to try again later or live chat but live chat doesn’t work either.
