My Xfinity connect app only works sporadically. One never knows if it’s going to work or does not work. I have reinstalled it many times on my iPad and iPhone and this doesn’t seem to make any difference. As I said each time I open it I never know if it’s going to work or if I’m going to have to subject myself to going to the online app and working with it. The actual iPad/iPhone app is much better but only when it works. I do not get an error message just the old spinning wheel.
I have no issue using the Xfinity Connect app on my Droid Turbo 2 in zip code 60068. Maybe if you identify the devices and zip codes having issues, someone could find some commonality?
