Xfinity connect not working

 My Xfinity connect app only works sporadically. One never knows if it’s going to work or does not work. I have reinstalled it many times on my iPad and iPhone and this doesn’t seem to make any difference. As I said each time I open it I never know if it’s going to work or if I’m going to have to subject myself to going to the online app and working with it. The actual iPad/iPhone app is much better but only when it works. I do not get an error message just the old spinning wheel.

I agree. I just deleted my Xfinity Connect app from my devices. It never worked after updates.

I have no issue using the Xfinity Connect app on my Droid Turbo 2 in zip code 60068.  Maybe if you identify the devices and zip codes having issues, someone could find some commonality?

Have my fingers crossed! With the new update, things are much better.

Hi! I have update 11.4 and it's still not working. Maybe the next update will fix it.
