I ordered a new modem and installed it. When it was activated, it was slower than my old modem. So I I had customer service reactivate the old modem. I also now can’t access the Xfi app. When I login it now directs me to customer service. Complete mess end to end and I can’t seem to get any help.

When I call I also can’t get a technician to my house. Would love to have someone here to help. Customer service line does everything to avoid getting me to an agent.
