I bill my customers for services rendered via Xfinity Connect e-mail with an attached PDF document. Ever since the imposition of the new e-mail browser I am unable to view the attached PDF document. Before the browser change I was able to double check the document by simply clicking on it in my e-mail and the PDF would open. Now it doesn’t. I don’t like this at all. What can be done about this? It seams that your new “super great” browser has lost some of the functionality of the old.
