Have you tried testing the app on another device other than the one you're currently using? Do you have issues with opening attachments while on the website? Do you only have issues with opening attachments from one sender?

Do you have issues receiving mail or sending mail or do you only have issue with opening attachments? Are you signed into another mail client such as MAC mail or Outlook?
Thank you for that information, I don't see anything on my end that has been reported for the Xfinity Connect app not being able to open attachments. I also tested the app on my end with my own email account and I was able to open an attachment with no problem. I'd like to look further into this for you, in order to do so I will need to verify your account information.
