I am receiving error code 102099 on my xfinity Connect App keeping me from receiving new email and voicemails. I have rebooted IPad Pro and I have uninstalled and reinstalled app with no luck. Any ideas? This just appeared a few days ago
I did as you suggested, it provided a temporary fix. I continue to randomly get the error message- each time I follow your instructions to correct— however, it is very annoying. I am about ready to just delete the Connect app and be done with it.
