Xfinity Connect App as well as online no longer notifies me of PLACED calls
I am a caregiver for a senior citizen and monitor safe phone use. I was pleased up until a week ago with Xfinity Connect. I used to be able to see incoming and outgoing calls. Incoming is posting some...but delayed. 'Placed' phone calls are no longer there or might pop up many days later. Please help asap. There's a safety factor in this important service...not merely convenience. Thank you.
