Happens over and over again since May 29 app update. Mail does not sync to my laptop. Mail will not open. Have reinstalled app without improvement.
I am having the same issue getting emails to open on the app, but only at home when using Xfinity WiFi. Works fine on office WiFi and on LTE...
I had same problem when accessing the app on my phone, and it ended up being an issue with ipv6. If it happening at home and you have a router and are able to disable ipv6, try that.
Unfortunately, Xfinity gateways (at least the XB6 and XB7) don't allow you to disable ipv6.
I finally went out and bought a router, put the XB7 Gateway in bridge mode and turned off ipv6 through the router settings, and now Xfinity Connect works fine.
