Xfinity Connect 4.1 on Samsung Galaxy S9 not refreshing email folders
I believe there was an update to the Xfinity Connect app on my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone around the end of Aug. I noticed the icon went from a black background to a white one. Since then when logging into the app on my phone, none of the folders are not refreshed from the Comcast server. My husband is having a similar issue with his Samsung Galaxy J7 V. I am able to log into Xfinity.com and read emails successfully from desktop and phone. Any thoughts?
