I want to add a new Voice2Go number but every time I go to the page, the "Add a Voice2Go Phone number" isn't active.
There is always a message saying "check back later"...it's been a week and the stupid message is still there.
I have tried support chat 5 times! One guy said that he was taking care of it and my new number would show up after 48 hours...he lied!
I can't express how angry and frustrated I am with xfinity support without using inappropriate language right now.
If one of you can help, I would GREATLY appreciate it!

I've had this problem for close to a year. You have to get to level 5 support technician before they will add a new number and assign it manually for you. Levels 1-4 are idiots and wastes of time.
