This is the message I get when I try to access any Voice2Go feature. I’ve tried talking with many agents and no one has been able to resolve this issue. My iPhone is up to date on updates. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. For whatever reason, the app doesn’t recognize me as a residential customer.

Same here. I am a residential customer but I get the same message. I have been in the phone with support and no one can figure it out. The only thing I can think of is that I updated my modem to the new xFi modem
