Voice2Go Setup not recognizing customer

Installed Xfinity Connect app on phone (Android). Went into Dialer, screen appears with the header Voice2Go Setup:

 

Voice2Go from Xfinity is currently available to residential Xfinity Voice customers only.

 

Well, I am an Xfinity Voice residential customer, on the Select Triple Play. Why isn't the app recognizing this?
