I have an open ticket with COMCAST, Xfinity VOICE2GO doesn't work completely with SAMSUNG GALAXY S8(even though phone is out in market for pretty long time as per standard of mobile industry).
I can make call but the party I am calling can't hear my voice, I can hear them but they can't hear me, my tickect is more than 1 month old still no result

VOICE2 GO works on all the devices I have tested like SAMSUNG S5, NEXUS, ONEPLUS 3 .
It doesn't work on SAMSUNG S8 completely. I can make a call recevie a call, but in both case the other side can't hear me and it was replicated on COMCAST side by one of the rep using SAMSUNG S8

cs101, this is a known issue we are actively working on.
COMCAST has given up they have no solution, the best argument was it used to work on S5 and not S8 , so it's Samsung's issue not our Apps issue. I am just laughing since that time
