Report Spam, Phishing, and other abusive emails to "abuse@comcast.net". Follow the "Report Spam and Phishing Emails" link on https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/ and the reporting instructions listed under that heading.
I received the same email - very disconcerting. I have wasted almost an hour searching the Comcast website, including "chatting" to a totally useless "assistant." Comcast needs tomake this information more readily available
I just received one tonight, and unnerving is right! So wanted to say thank you for posting this. While I knew it was awful, vile suggesting, spam it helps greatly to know it was not just me. I did go check all my passwords that didn’t have that one lingering anywhere. Once again thank you for giving me peace tonight.
