The app has bugs

After I type out an email in the app, when I go back to edit it, as soon as I touch the screen the whole message disappears and there's not even saved in drafts

Hello Anon1264831. Thank you for posting on our Forum. I can assist with troubleshooting your Xfinity Connect App emails issue. Can you please follow the steps below:
  
    • Please connect to your home WiFi network. 
    • Uninstall the application. 
    • Turn your device off for 1-2 minutes. 
    • Turn your device back on, download and install the XFINITY Connect app. 
    • Test again.
