what does this error mean. I can't access my email
I keep getting this error message also. Does anyone know what it is or what it means???
I CAN NOT ENTER MY E-MAIL, I GET A MESSAGE"A REQ'D SERVICE IS TEMPORALY UNAVAILABLE (SRV-0001). HOW DO I GET AROUND IT?

Try to log in using a different internet browser.
I get the problem when using Edge but I can log in an access email fine using Internet Explorer.
Comcast phone support doesn't seem to have a clue.
It’s my mail app that doesn’t work. Use safari for the internet site, just don’t like connecting that way

Do you get an error message when you try and access your mail online or are you using a 3rd party client like Outlook or Apple mail?
