I am getting the error(shown on the image). If the company sends me the same email on my outlook app, it opens without issues. It appears to be specific with the Xfinity Connect. Would someone be able to help?
It looks like the name of the attached error file (unviewable) is 'PDF error.jpg'. Was there an attachment in the problem email or was that the name of the default failed attachment upload to the post?
I tried uploading the image of the error to this forum whichsays it was successful, however it doesn't appear correctly. The error specifically says Error The folder "8108983209823-187232_Your Extended Service Plan Documents.pdf" doesn't exist
I can open this same attachment in Outlook or any other email app, just not xfinity connect and we are trying to understand why.
In your Xfinity Connect app SETTINGS, do you have Auto-Download Message Content turned ON? Not sure if that is the cause/related but might be. What make/model device do you have the Connect app installed on?
