I cannot respond or forward email using Xfinity Connect app from both my iphone7 and iPad. But it allows me to create and send a new email. When I try responding or forwarding an email, it closes the app. What can I do to fix this?
Hi MartaH, I would be happy to help you get this app error corrected for you. The best way to test to see if your email is having issues on the back end is to go to our website www.comcast.com and sign into your email from there. If you get the same problem on the browser then that confirms there is an issue with your email on our end that we need to repair for you. If you try this and everything functions properly, then that would point in the direction of the app having an issue. Removing the app and adding it back should clear up this problem after you have signed back into the app.
