I am now having same problem. Have removed and reloaded app.
Running iOS 11.0.3 (Latest version)
Problem may have started when I updated iOS. Could this be the problem?
I have also performed the normal unplug, etc. to router/modem.

Hi Follly, thank you for reaching out, are you using the website portal on your Mac when emails are not able to load there either? On your phone, have you already tried to uninstall/reinstall the Connect app?
I have this problem on the Note 8. It seems to be across the board since they updated the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still won't load emails. Mine worked fine on the Note 3, and Fine after I got the Note 8. Then they updated the app. And all it does is spin.
