Not getting new e-mails

Hello,

 

I just opened my Xfinity Mobile app on my phone and noticed that I wasn't getting any new e-mail.  When I did a refresh I got an authorization error.  I signed out and signed back in but the same error occurred.  I removed and re-installed the app but again the same error.  I'm getting messages just fine on the Xfinity Connect Web App,

Same here. It had been reliable for years, until I updated to iOS 13 on my iPhone. I think the app needs an update to be compatible with the new iOS. Several other apps have updated and work fine.
