No Incoming Calls on Voice2Go with ios 11.4.1

After upgrading to ios 11.4 a few weeks ago, I'm no longer receiving notification of incoming calls on any of my devices (iPhone 8 and iPad). Background refresh is on as are notifications. I've deleted the Connect app and reloaded it; I have outgoing calling activated but nothing incoming. My account says that I do have Voice Unlimited on it and Comcast tells me everything looks OK. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Same here...hasn't worked right for the better part of a year.

I was told it's a known issue with np resolution time. Maybe if enough people contact this EVP, they will escalate it.
