No Emails

I haven’t received any emails in several days. Any idea why???

We understand how important it is to get the emails you are expecting, so I would love to help you get this figured out.
Can you provide a little more detail about what you are experiencing?
Are you using the Connect app or our web portal?
Are you using any 3rd party mail services such as Mac Mail or Outlook?
What kind of troubleshooting have you already tried on your own?

I just seen that somehow someone got into my account and marked the forward all messages and there was a gmail email address entered in.... not happy

May I ask how you found your problem? I have went through every email issue and followed the instructions I received in the past and I can’t find where my emails are. I’m only missing the ones from last night and this morning.
