Emails take forever to load on my Samsung Galaxy S8+. Then, after the email load, it takes another "forever" for the message to actually appear. There is something about Android devices and the Comcast xfinity app because this issue does not occur on iPhones. Is this being addressed?
Does anyone from Comcast monitor this thread or are we merely just voicing our concerns over the app not working? I have cleared cache (that is not the problem), uninstalled and reinstalled (that is not the problem). And I have a brand new phone (3 months old) so that is not the problem. I have also rebooted and installed all the updates, so that is not the problem. Not sure what the actual problem is, but if there is a moderator for this thread would be interested in receiving feedback. Many thanks.
