Iphone 6 xfinity connect app (v. 6.7.1) not uploading email; won't refresh. Logging out and back sometimes works. Powering the Iphone down sometimes works. My wife's phone and Ipad have had similar problems for the last 6 months.
Yes I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have also signed out and back in as well as rebooted the phone. These actions have worked on occasion but don't last. Is there a way to confirm that the incoming and outgoing mail servers have the right settings on my phone? I don't have this issue on my laptop.
