Hi thomas36. I can help with the error you are getting on the XFINITY Connect app when checking your email. Have you tried to force close the app, and go back in to retest?

I am having same problem for 3-4 weeks. Reboot and reinstall several times per day. What can you do to fix?

I’ve been having the same issues and more with this app for months now. Comcast can’t seem to fix it, a simple app!!! And they want us to buy home security from them??? I THINK NOT!!!!
