Infinity Connect not working and won't reload

2 days ago xfinity connect stopped connecting to my email via my iphone 6s.  I finally deleted the app and tried to reinstall it but I keep getting an error message that the server is not responding.

Same with Infinity Stream.  What is going on Infinity?

My Xfinity app quite working for my email on 9-27-19 and tech was no help.  

I still get text and phone calls but no mail.  Using iPhone7+.  Deleted and reinstalled multiple times.  Very frustrating!
