Has anyone had trouble with their Increditmail program in the last few months. Mine will pick up all my email for a few days and then stop picking up any for a few days..then it picks it all up and and then stops again... (However, I can always see it on XfinityConnect)
Hi Vartig. I don't use the Incredimail 3rd party service myself, and unfortunately do not have any experience in that. Since this is a 3rd party service, our ability to provide tech support is severely limited. Hopefully this link to configure email settings for a 3rd party email client will help you.
