Home phone to cell phone problems

When I get an incoming call on my home phone and they hang up my cell phone keeps ringing, ringing and ringing until I shut it down. How can I fix this?

I set my cell phone to roll to home phone after 7 rings. Home phone and cell phone are ringing together in first ring
