Getting Error

I'm getting an error when I open up my emails. Please advise

I had same problem. Called Xfinity... the guy fixed something, but I had to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work after that. I asked if it was something I could have fixed on my own and he said if it happens again to do the uninstall/reinstall thing. So try that first!
