Just recently I started receiving the following error when attempting to access my Comcast email from the Xfinity Connect App, "An error occurred while processing your request".
I did all the usually responses, turned off/on my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, etc. Nothing has resolved the issue.
I'm posiitive it's the app as I can download Comcast emails into other apps that I now am using.
Any ideas what's happening and what the solution is?
