Emails keep arriving in my in box with No Recipient

Half of my emails in my inbox on my iPhone running IOS 12.1.4 keep arriving in my in box with No Recipient.  This is annoying is anyone else having this issue.

Not that I know of and of course crickets from Comcast. It is really annoying.

Agreed. Very frustrating. For me it started with the last update to the mobile app (v7.1.1).  A few come through with the correct sender email address. Most say No Recipient. IPhone 10 - ios 12.1.2

This is about the same time it happened to me.  I cannot locate any place to contact Xfinity to determine if they are going to update the Xfinity email on iPhone.    

 

If anyone has a contact, please share!

I reported it through the app feedback form. App - settings/help/feedback

I don’t really expect an answer but maybe it will get someone’s attention.

Same problem...just started this week...Ipad and Iphone.  someone say something when they hear WHY!  AND...doesnt happen on my Gmail!

Ok, getting some sender info now. Still hit or miss. Seems to come in groups. Obviously not a huge priority for our Comcast friends.

Don’t bother contacting Comcast. My first call I was told it was an “outage”. It’s been like this for over a week and have been on the phone with them daily. They keep calling to find out if it’s working. They fumble around for about a half hour wasting my time. Still not working. Today it’s being “escalated to the engineering dept” whatever the *#% that means. I have ZERO faith this will be resolved. Obviously it’s an issue with their connect app.
