I keep thinking this will be fixed soon, but it’s been months now that my Comcast email is either slow to load, freezes, or won’t load at all. Lately I also can’t reply or forward emails. The app is on an iPhone 7 iOS 13.6.1. This has been going on for nearly a year & has persisted through multiple iOS updates. I’ve logged off & back on. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled the app. No change. I’ve seen others post about similar issues & Comcast says to start a new post. So here I go. Anyone had any luck?

I’ve been having the same issue. I’ve been trying to learn patience, but it often takes 60-90 seconds to load and “un-freeze” so that I can scroll and view my email. Instead, I’m gradually moving accounts and subscriptions over to a Gmail account, which loads and refreshes in 1-2 seconds. I wish Comcast/Xfinity would correct this, but it’s been like this for so long that I don’t give it much hope.
