Email filters do not work on Connect App using iOS 12.0

The email filters I have created do not update on my iPhone SE. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall for the folders to refresh. Pulling down to refresh the folder does not work. They filter and appear fine on my laptop. This has been going on for months now and I am completely frustrated. The emails in my folders show a last date of 10/8, which would be the last time I deleted and resinstalled the app on my phone. Online view is just fine. Please help!

I was having the same problem (didn't use to).  I uninstalled the app and now I cannot reinstall it.  Tells me my user name or password is incorrect and it's not.  So now, I'm completely out of the app.
