This afternoon the “Sort” feature in the toolbar above the list of emails just disappeared! We use it a LOT. Coincidentally it happened right after an unproductive call to customer support trying to get a vendors email domain whitelisted so we can again receive their emails. This was after trying “all the usual” methods. I’m wondering if the tech rep at Comcast thought we were newbies and had sorted our inbox by sender/from (which we love because it makes it so easy to see all correspondence from a sender so as not to spin wheels answering a moot or solved issue) and maybe he thought that’s why we “couldn’t find” the (blacklisted by Comcast) email. And by the way, it is gotowebinar.com, not some hunky domain!
So WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SORT FEATURE? Anyone know?
