How do I create another file to organize my inbox?

To create additional folders within the Xfinity web based email system, look at https://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/internet/xfinity-connect-advanced-features/ down toward the bottom of the page under the heading Create Personal Folders.  As far as I can find you have to create the folders within the web based email system and then they will sync up to the connect app on your mobile device.
