Why do I have to spend 2 hours to re-syncronize my phone with my e-mail. My phone tells me I don't have a platform to access my Xfinity email anymore and I have spent 2 hours trying to figure out what to do. I've had this phone two years and once again, you've messed the thing up. Don't tell me to go to a "STORE" to have someone tell me how to do something. That doesn't work either. Please change it back or I'll be going with Google internet. I'm tired of all this messing around changing things that make it harder.
I am having the same trouble. I use outlook on my phone and laptop to get my comcast email. It used to sync up on its own between, phone and computer no problem. Now, I have to delete emails from each device individually and it never removes the email from the server?
What has changed and why?
