Connect App does not detect my network

Once Again, While Trying to connect to my email through the XFINITY Connect app using my wifi network, I get message saying... "NETWORK COULD NOT BE DETECTED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER"" your app is the only one That has issues with my wifi. All other apps etc do not have a problem finding or connecting to lt. Not the first time this has happened. It works on my mobile network.

I have had  the same problem for months and it is terrible how Comcast is ignoring it's customers on this issue.

 

Frequently reply to their customer survey but with no response.   

 

Think that I may be forced to switch service providers.
