Hi nicholberry -- We are currently experiencing an issue with our email platform. Our engineering team is aware of this and are working on a fix. We should have this resolved shortly.
These “issues” have been going on for months. My email does not load, it just sits there spinning. It is now 1:40 PM and the last update is 8:23 PM LAST NIGHT. I am tired of paying for service not delivered!
I did not get a response to my message on 03/22. Now, last night I had to communicate with my doctor and email did not work at all. I went on chat and was told it was not working and the back office people didn’t know why. This morning it shows new emails that won’t open and the last update was 11:45 am YESTERDAY.
when is this going to be fixed?
3rd request with no response. When is this getting fixed? At 8:15 this morning the last email update is 7:45 last night. I continue to pay for service not received and no response from Comcast.
