Using the Xfinity Connect app, mp4 files display a black screen when opening them from email. I am using an iPad Air2. My wife can view the files on her iPad Air2. She is not using Xfinity Connect. This is a recent, over the past week, issue.

I reported this issue to Xfinity two months ago and it was elevated in their reporting channels. They have not resolved the problem, I still cannot open mp4 videos.
