Can't get to my email via Connect

"Xfinity mobile encountered an error.  Please try again later."   I have been getting this message for 6 hours now - and it is crippling my day.   No other Comcast support channels are admitting to a problem.  I don't know what to do.       Any suggestions?   I've rebooted my Pixel3,  I have reinstalled the app - all to no avail.
